I have reserved a pair of shoes how long is the wait?
Usually, there is a wait of up-to an additional 14 days to fulfil reserved orders. Our reservation service for out of stock shoes is treated like an actual purchase, so you are only added to the waiting list once you have placed the order. We will keep you updated with an approximate date your shoes will arrive.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Yes you can, but please do so within 24 hours of placing the order for your shoes.

Has my order been mailed out yet?
You will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way, once your order has been dispatched from us.

If in the unlikely event there is a delay with sourcing your shoes, you will be notified within 24hrs of placing your order.

Can you send my shoes to a P.O. box?
No sorry, we need a street address for delivery.

My shoes were damaged in the post
We are sincerely sorry to hear that. Please return the shoes to us with the original packaging, we will sort out the problem and send you a new pair with a refund of the P&P.

Have you received my returned shoes?
As soon as we have received and processed your the return, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 7 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch.

I would like a refund  
You have 14 days to decide if you want to return your shoes (sale items, 7 days). All refunds will be issued onto the card that was used to make the original purchase once we have received your shoes.

All returned shoes must be in their original condition. All shoes will be inspected on receipt and if we find that the shoes are in an unsuitable condition we will not accept the return. We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken.
